Delivery details & Returns

This sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at CactusKids.uk. If you have any questions, please contact me on enquiries@cactuskids.uk.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following are two delivery options to our UK customers:

  • Royal Mail 2nd class : delivered to you within 3 business days
  • Tracked 48 : delivery in 2-3 business days with notification to the recipient (please ensure you provide your email address and phone number at checkout for this service)

We offer Tracked shipping for our European customers (see specific countries below) with an aim to deliver within 3-5 business days subject to customs. Any import/customs taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day. You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order so please make sure this is accurate when you place your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Currently, we only ship to the following non-UK countries:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

Recycling

Our packing material is made from sustainable 100% Recycled material which is recyclable, biodegradable and home compostable. Tissue paper is vegan friendly, the dye used to colour this tissue contains a mixture of plant and mineral pigments.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Cactus Kids UK will accept returns for damaged goods in the form of a refund, or a replacement. Please contact us at enquiries@cactuskids.uk with your reasons for the return and what action you would like taken, and return your item in like for like packaging to:

PLEASE NOTE : While every effort is made to ensure each Cactus is safe, they do contain small parts and therefore it is not advised to give these to children under 5 years.
